CONDITIONER: Gently work a dollop of conditioner into wet hair, massage from scalp to ends. Leave in for 1 to 2 minutes before rinsing out.

GROWTH TONIC: Use 5 – 7 sprays on the top of a clean dry scalp from temple to crown once daily, massage in, comb through and allow to dry naturally.
